Abstract

This research is expected to be useful for the Curug Tangerang Aviation Education and Training Center itself and also several parties as input or basis for decision making related to organizational culture and strategic management in managing the Curug Tangerang Aviation Education and Training Center. This research on the Influence of Organizational Culture and Strategic Management on the Performance of the Curug Tangerang Aviation Education and Training Center uses a quantitative method with an explanatory research type, with 60 research respondents determined by statistical methods. Data collection techniques in this study are documentation, questionnaires and literature. The data collection tool in this study is a list of statements using the Likert scale. The hypothesis proves that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and strategic management on the performance of the Curug Tangerang Aviation Education and Training Center. This study provides results that organizational culture has a significant and positive influence on the performance of the Curug Tangerang Aviation Education and Training Center with a determination coefficient of 73.8%, strategic management has a significant and positive strategic influence on the performance of the Curug Tangerang Aviation Education and Training Center with a determination coefficient of 68.4%, together organizational culture and strategic management have a significant and positive influence on the performance of the Curug Tangerang Aviation Education and Training Center with a determination coefficient of 82.1%. Where in the future organizational culture must be strengthened and managed well.
