The study of the Effect of Human Resources Quality and Compensation on Performance at PT. Kilau Permata Jakarta aims to analyze the effect of human resources quality and compensation on performance at PT. Kilau Permata Jakarta, where this study uses a quantitative method with explanatory research with 28 respondents. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques, questionnaires and literature. Data collection tools in this study using a list of statements with a Likert scale. From the data analysis using normality test, linearity test, hypothesis test with F test and t test, correlation test and determination test, it was found that Human Resource Quality (X1) has a significant and positive partial effect on Performance (Y) with a large influence of 79.8%, Compensation Provision (X2) has a significant and positive partial effect on Performance (Y) with a large influence of 91.3%, Human Resource Quality (X1) and Compensation Provision (X2) have a significant and positive effect simultaneously (or together) on Performance (Y) with a large influence of 93.7%, so it is true that there are indicators that greatly influence company performance contained in the indicators of Superior Recognition, Health Benefits, and Promotion Opportunities. The hypothesis proves that there is a positive and significant effect of the Influence of Human Resource Quality and Compensation Provision on Performance at PT. Kilau Permata Jakarta, in the sense that for the success of PT. Kilau Permata Jakarta's performance, it is necessary to optimize the quality of human resources and compensation provision simultaneously, so that performance at PT. Kilau Permata will be better in the future.
