This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of theory, especially related to employee performance factors. The findings of this study can also provide practical contributions related to workload and job equalization. This study aims to determine the influence of workload and job equalization on employee performance at the Directorate of Airports, Ministry of Transportation. The respondents in this study numbered 150 employees. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative research method of the explanatory type, quantitative as a scientific method that is concrete or empirical, objective, measurable, rational, and systematic.
The magnitude of the relationship between workload and job equalization simultaneously on employee performance, calculated with a correlation coefficient, shows a strong influence. Meanwhile, the contribution or simultaneous input of workload and job equalization variables can also be determined by other variables. Based on the Hypothesis Test of Influence (????????) on (Y), the P-Value of 0,000 < 0,05 or with a t-statistic of 7,064 > 1,96 means that Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, which indicates that Workload significantly influences Employee Performance. For the Hypothesis Test of Influence (????????) on (Y), the P-Value of 0,008 < 0,05 or with a t-statistic of 3,643 > 1,96 means that Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, which indicates that Job Equalization influences Employee Performance. However, for the Hypothesis Test of Influence (????????) and (????????) on (Y), the P-Value of 0,001 > 0,05 or with a t-statistic of 2,273 < 1,96 means that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, which indicates that Workload and Job Equalization do not influence Employee Performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous influence between workload and job equalization on employee performance at the Directorate of Airports, Ministry of Transportation. This research is expected to provide information and input to the Directorate of Airports regarding the needs of employees and job placement in accordance with the graduates and abilities of employees in supporting employee performance.
